Maureen Willis will lead a hike at Wilbur and Betty Davis State Park. Meet at Price Chopper at 9:20 a.m. and carpool to Park or meet at park at 10:00 a.m. We will walk the roads from the parking lot; trails are muddy. Easy walking, little up hill, about 2 1/2 to 3 miles. Bring lunch and binoculars. Nice views and birds. Call Maureen 286-9821 or Linda Pearce 432-8969. | ||

We will meet at the P&C parking lot in Hartwick Seminary at 10:00 a.m. Oneonta people can meet at Price Chopper at 9:30 a.m. to carpool. We will drive about 2 miles to Stevens Road and park along the road. It is a seasonal road with several hills and a rather rough downhill where the road has some washout areas .It will be about 4 miles round trip, so those who may not want to go that far can turn around half way and go back. Those who wish can go to Jackie`s for lunch. Please wear proper footwear, as there will be some muddy areas. Call Bev Hensle for details at 286-9126. | ||

Hike for Tuesday April 13. Meet at Price Chopper at 9:30 a.m. for a trip to Pine Lake and a hike up the trail toward Mud Lake. We may just go as far as the brook or perhaps up to Mud Lake depending on the group. There are a few wet places along the trail (can be by-passed) Best to wear hiking boots and bring walking stick(s), if you usualy use them. Some short pitches up and down hill, but mainly gradual.
