Susquehanna Chapter ADK

Picnic, 5:30-8:00, at the former YMCA Day Camp, West Laurens. Bring dish to pass, table service, and beverage. Meet at Ames, 5:15, to carpool to the Y. Park or drive from Ames at Chestnut to Rt. 23 West 6.4 miles. Look for a pink ADK sign. Turn left onto YMCA Road and follow about 1 mile to the entrance on right. We will plan to explore the old trails after the picnic, if you wish. Wear long pants as there is tall grass, waterproof footwear as there may be some wet spots, and bug spray.
