HIKE FOR TUESDAY DECEMBER 1 (Note change in location.)
Dave Hutchison, retired Hartwick Professor of Geology, will lead us on a geology walk through the rock layers of the Middle Devonian Era that are exposed on the Hartwick Hill. We will meet at 9:30 in the parking lot just past the Binder Gym. Use the West Street entrance and follow the signs to Binder. There will be some short ups and downs on roads and on trails. We will visit Table Rocks and do a loop hike through the woods around Strawberry Field. Bring a lunch, if you want as we can eat back at the Hartwick campus. Aleda Koehn, 432-8870.
