At our next meeting, Bob Lidsky will be showing us a film entitled "Gasland."

Date: Wednesday, July 14th
Time: 7 P.M.
Place: Hunting Tavern

Bob says, "'Gasland' portrays the anti-drilling side of the ever-growing controversy about mining natural gas from the Marcellus Shalewhich lies thousands of feet below us. This issue substantially effacts every one of us who live in Delaware County. 'Gasland' won theDocumentary Special Jury Prize at the 2010 Sundance Film Festival."

Bob adds this: "The movie runs 1:40. With a two-hour long Roundtable meeting, there is no time to present the pro-drilling side. So in an attempt to present a somewhat balanced view of this issue, I attach a summary of 'Recent Gas Drilling News' with links for Roundtable members to read."
