I recently received the glorious news that The Nature Conservancy had closed a deal to purchase the magnificent 15,000 acre Follensby Pond Tract. This property will be purchased in the next few years by the State of New York. For three decades the Follensby Pond Tract has been one of the top five land acquisition priorities of the Adirondack Mountain Club.
